Sponge

  • A special formula allows the creation of a cellular structure similar to natural sponge. These materials are particularly suitable for applications in cosmetics, house cleaning and industrial cleaning.
  • They absorb and retain water well, remain flexible even when dry and have excellent wet and dry mechanical properties. Polyester-based materials (TRP/MTP) may be flame laminated to other materials.

Automotive

  • This range of both ether and ester based products has been specifically designed to meet the particular demands of the automotive industry. The materials can have flame lamination characteristics (acronyms OFL, OFM), flame retardant properties in accordance with FMVSS 302 (acronym F) and low fogging characteristics according to DIN 75201 (acronym E).
  • Key for the interpretation of product codes:
  • F - flame retardant properties according to FMVSS 302;
  • E - fogging characteristics according to DIN 75201.

DS Foam™

  • Technological research has allowed ORSA foam S.p.A. to develop a foam such as the DS FoamTM, whose viscoelastic properties and highly breathable cellular structure allow it to:
  • shape themselves according to heat emitted by the body;
  • absorb and distribute the weight of the body in a uniform and balanced way over a large surface;
